The Engineering Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the assigned team in various project related functions relating to documentation, submittals, schedules, budgets, punch-lists, contract administration, and varied data entry. The Engineering Project Coordinator will be required to adhere to the established standards and make positive contributions in maintaining information integrity.




To perform the essential functions of this position successfully, an individual should be able to demonstrate and provide the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree or above in a related field such as Engineering, Information Technology, or Business with an emphasis on Construction or Project Management preferred.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years in an administrative role dealing with schedules, budgets, documents, and other project related information.
  • Very strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks for a large professional team.
  • Highly professional and assertive. Must communicate precisely and accurately to internal team members, contractors, vendors, etc.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project Professional, and Adobe Acrobat and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications. Knowledge in ARAS a significant plus.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to change.
