  • The Site Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day aspects of materials and equipment receiving, inventory, and distribution.



    • Responsible for receiving and organizing all materials and equipment delivered to the site for the purpose of constructing the project.
    • Unload and inventory all deliveries of materials and equipment.
    • Assign a site location, tag or label all materials and equipment.
    • Return paperwork to the Site Administrative Assistant.
    • Complete paperwork for and distribute materials to contractors.
    • Organize, maintain, and clean the warehouse and job trailers.
    • Assist with the cleanup of the construction site and perform construction site maintenance.
    • Demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior on a daily basis, and hold others accountable to the same standard.
    • Foster a culture of safe behavior and environmental compliance at all times.
    • Maintain a team environment at all times and champion POET in the community.


    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Knowledge of pipe fittings and fasteners is a plus.
    • Experience operating a forklift is required.
    • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks for a large professional team.
    • Highly professional and assertive. Must communicate precisely and accurately to internal team members, contractors, vendors, etc.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to change.
