  • The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for recording and assisting in the repairs and refurbishment of machinery, electrical works and other servicing related activities. Team members in this position will maintain records of inventory, purchase orders, work orders and deliveries. The Maintenance Clerk will work closely with their supervisor to order parts and equipment as needed.


    To perform the essential functions of this position successfully, an individual should be able to demonstrate and provide the following:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Experience with maintenance management systems such as Maximo is preferred.
    • Must be willing to do a variety of tasks including, but not limited to assisting in maintenance work, assisting in confined space entries, gathering equipment nameplate information and other tasks as assigned.
    • Must have a good working knowledge of part numbers and part usage and understand applications for use.
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to change.
