JOB SUMMARY
As an Administrative Assistant to the People and Culture Team you ensure our people have the structure and capacity to be at their best every day! This role sits in a customer facing position, the experience you create for who you interact with is critical for our success. You deliver on this through scheduling meetings and video calls, preparing presentations, receiving visitors, taking notes, organizing key actions, and drafting communications. This role also works closely with the team’s Executive leader, and thus serves as an extension of this person to the business—driving POET’s culture, creating great team experiences, and acting as a strategic advisor. We need a person who has a high level of professionalism and integrity, as you frequently encounter confidential and sensitive information. This position also requires a high degree of cooperation with others and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. If you love adding value to people, have exceptional mental agility, and outstanding communication skills, then we want you in this role!
