ABOUT THE JOB
POET has an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Partner to provide strategic partnership to business leaders and their teams while also owning and leading a center of excellence for POET. This role directly partners with General Managers at our bioprocessing facilities and/or Executive Leaders and is adept in all areas that typically fall under Human Resources (team member relations, compliance, talent development, compensation, etc.). You will have the opportunity to lead a center of excellence and enable the development of programs that facilitate the attraction and retention of talent.
