  • Collaborating with business partners to develop methods and criteria for measuring and summarizing financial data that yields relevant business information in a user‐friendly format
  • Working with finance leaders and the IT team to define financial data, database fields, and special querying needs to produce summaries for financial results

  • Directing updates and enhancements to multiple finance systems and providing constructive, timely guidance on any desired changes
  • Implementing financial process improvements by leveraging existing system capabilities, upgrade offerings, and process automation

  • Since we’re all about teamwork and getting the job done, your skill may be put to a lot of other uses!

STRENGTHS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics or a related field (CPA, CMA or other finance certification is a plus).

  • You value relationships and have a strong customer service focus.
  • You are driven, organized, and have the ability to see the ROI of time spent on an initiative and prioritize initiatives accordingly.
  • You have strong technical, analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to suggest solutions.
  • You have the ability to lead, collaborate and coordinate financial reporting improvements and enhancements while managing those changes across multiple business units and departments.
  • You communicate effectively in writing and in person and also provide timely, constructive feedback to other team members.
  • You are a change agent ‐ you hate the answer, “because we’ve always done it this way” and drive continual process improvement.
  • You are forward thinking and strategic, always keeping long‐term goals in mind when looking for ways to achieve current initiatives.
  • You have an eagerness to learn and change the world – Never Satisfied.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
