JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the full recruitment life-cycle for POET. Team members in this role have a solid understanding of recruiting needs while assisting in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent in the industry. This role engages with Talent Acquisition Partners on key talent acquisition processes and programs and assists in managing the candidate experience by attracting and engaging talent through pre-boarding. The ideal individual for this role will have a high drive and sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
